Our Organization

MOWW is composed of federally recognized commissioned officers and warrant officers who are citizens of the United States of good moral character and repute who are serving or have served honorably in the Active, Reserve, or National Guard of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Corps, and the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Corps, including descendants and spouses of the officers.
