The Order maintains a list of accomplished speakers knowledgeable in the various areas that pertain to national security and who keep informed on current issues. With applicable educational backgrounds, staff experience and past service in positions of responsibility regarding national and international political and military affairs, they can offer perspective to some of the myriad of problems looming today. None of the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW) Members will accept an honorarium and some will need travel assistance depending on the location of the function. Other non MOWW speakers listed may require honorariums and should be contacted individually.

Presentations vary, but may be tailored to fit into an organization’s meeting. Topics may be developed upon request. Currently included are The War on Terrorism, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Lebanon and Syria, The Middle East, Islam, North Korea, China, Peacekeeping and the Security Council, Counterterrorism, Nature and History of Insurgency, Just War Theory, Law of War, Use of Force, Legality of Weapons and Targets, Hague and Geneva Conventions, PW’s, War Crimes, National Guard and Reserve, Vietnam, National Defense Authorizations and Appropriations Acts (Defense Budgets), Transformation of Armed Forces, Missile Defense, Strategic Planning, Fire Support, Artillery and Tactical Missiles, Homeland Security/Citizens Corps, Military Funerals Honors, ROTC Awards, Military Retiree Benefits, America’s Lack of Knowledge of its Military, Combating Extremism, Leadership, Youth Leadership Conferences and The MOWW.
